EVANGELIA GKIKA

The founder of Vasanta Yoga Studio in Voula. Evangelia is a yoga and Pilates teacher with many years of teaching experience and ongoing training in various wellness practices. She inspires her students to move with love and breathe with balance. Through her classes, she cultivates mindfulness, strength, and inner peace, while also organizing retreats and themed events that connect the community with nature and the cycles of life. Evangelia believes that yoga is a path of growth, freedom, and joy, which she shares with warmth and authenticity.

Therapeutic yoga
EVI MOISIADOU

Evi Despina Moisiadou is a dedicated yoga teacher with more than 14 years of personal practice and 11 years of teaching experience. She holds over 1,350 hours of certified training in diverse methods, ranging from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Aerial to Restorative Yoga Therapy and trauma-informed practices. She creates safe, transformative spaces for self-exploration and healing. A tireless student herself, Evi blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern science, guiding her students toward greater awareness, connection, and embodied living.
For the sixth consecutive year, a journey of wonderful collaboration, friendship, respect, and love continues.

Acro yoga
THEOFILOS KOFIDIS

Theofilos is certified in various methods, from yoga to functional training, and follows an exclusively vegan lifestyle. He is one of only three Corrective Exercise Master Instructors in Greece. His first encounter with AcroYoga was in 2011, and later he had the opportunity to train alongside the founder of the method, earning the distinguished title of International AcroYoga Teacher.

Kids Yoga
ELENA RAGOUSI

Children’s Yoga & Music-Movement Education Teacher
Elena loves being alongside children through movement, music, and play. With many years of experience in music-movement education, and with children’s yoga enriching her work in recent years, she creates classes full of rhythm, joy, and connection. She combines imagination with structure, offering children a space to express themselves, grow stronger, and find calm, while cultivating physical and emotional balance.

Movement of your body
KATERINA GKIKA 

Katerina has been teaching and exploring traditional Middle- and Far-Eastern dances since 2010, drawing on earlier experience in contemporary, ballet, flamenco, and commercial/hip-hop. She continues advanced studies in Tribal Fusion and Temple Dancing with internationally renowned teachers. In 2024 she began formal studies in Dance Therapy at the Center for Psychotherapy through the Arts and is currently in supervised practice, deepening her integrative and psychodynamic approach.

Awakening & rebirthing
VASILIS NYKTERIS

Vasilis offers a holistic approach to therapy, creating a safe and sacred space where each person can reconnect with the body and release emotional blockages.
He combines practices such as Rebirthing Breathwork—a deep breathing process that leads to cleansing and renewal—Energy Healing to balance the energetic field, and Therapeutic Massage, which cultivates a sense of safety and embodied presence.
Through individual and group sessions, he helps participants restore vitality, inner calm, and a sense of wholeness, while fostering greater trust in life and in their relationships.
