Your days on the village will be packed with love for your body, mind and soul. We planned this weekend thoughtfully to offer you the best of the best retreat experience you could ever have while staying on the beautiful Area Synest.

In the mornings, you will wake up in the sunrise! You will enjoy your Meditations on the nature and your active and creative Vinyasa yoga classes that consciously and gently move you towards your physical boundaries.

After that, a healthy breakfast already awaits you to nourish your body.

Until noon, you have time for some relaxation and me-time. Swimming on the cold river Krios maybe? In case you are having trouble relaxing in your free time, we have a lot of fun options available for you!

During our evening session, a Pilates Circuit Workout will offer you an uprising mood & a spirit full of energy!

All of the food being served is organic, non-processed and locally sourced. More importantly, it is freshly prepared with lots of love from our professional cook. In other words, you can expect a unique Mediterranean home cuisine with a modern twist. We have created vegan and non-vegan (2 menus) for you to indulge.

A huge surprise will be revealed exclusively for this retreat under the stars and the trees on Saturday night with finger food, good wine and soft pillows to enjoy!
